Trustalytics
By Pramukh Raj Devkota —
An R&D effort exploring how consumer trust, relevance, and behavioral signals can be quantified inside email systems.
This work is still early, and largely experimental—but it informs how I think about long-term compounding in retention.
Email programs behave like systems with memory. Trust isn't binary. Relevance isn't static. And behavior compounds over time. The question is whether those signals can be measured, tracked, and used to predict stability before decay sets in.
This isn't a product. There are no timelines, demos, or pricing. It's exploration ahead of the tooling.
If you're thinking about similar problems—quantifying trust, mapping relevance decay, or modeling behavioral drift—feel free to reach out.
